Participants in classes 15-20, and Horses in classes 13,& 24 may not show in any canter class.  Ages as of 1/1/09.  Ponies 14.2 hands & under.  Appropriate show attire required, NO ALCOHOL - NO FOUL LANGUAGE – NO DOGS (insurance regulation).  Food available!

**Beginner/Novice Barrels & Poles: This is a true BEGINNER class.  For Barrels, there will be a cut off time of 20 seconds and Poles, 26 seconds.  Any time run faster than the cut off will be considered a “no time”. 

 

**Series Rules**

A $7 sign up fee is required per horse/rider pair for each division before you will be eligible for series awards. Points follow each horse/rider combo.  You MUST show in a class in at least FOUR shows in order for that class to count towards year-end awards. Points will be awarded at each show for eligible classes as follows: 1st Place: 6 points down to 2 points for 5th place. One point will be awarded for each entry in the class after 6th place. Points classes:  Speed - #7 & 11 (Fri night shows only).  .  Halter: 1-9, Walk Trot 14-20, English 27-33, and Western 36-42 Awards for Speed, Halter, Western & English will be for Grand Champion (ribbon and director’s chair). Reserve Champion (ribbon and a bucket surprise).  Awards for Walk Trot, Grand Champion (ribbon and a cooler). Reserve Champion (ribbon and a bucket surprise).

Everwind Ranch Rules:

  1. No dogs allowed. 
  2. NO ALCOHOL on property.
  3. No foul language or non-family friendly behavior.
  4. We reserve the right to make additions, changes, & cancellations to show dates, classes and awards as we feel necessary. 
  5. Everyone must sign a release before riding anywhere on the grounds.
  6. Proper show attire is required for all classes on Saturday.  Approved safety helmet mandatory for all over fences classes.  Fri night fun show attire:  hard soled shoes or boots with heel, shirt with sleeves (short or long), no ball caps, no tank tops or shorts.
  7. If you have to lead your child through the pattern, you may enter the class, but the run will be considered an exhibition run and will not qualify for placing.
